This work is personal for me. After years of pushing through extreme stress and pressure, I developed an autoimmune condition so severe, doctors predicted a life dependent on medication and a wheelchair. Refusing that outcome, I used the very nervous system tools I now teach to fully heal—reclaiming my health, power, and capacity so that I could build and scale my life and business exactly how I envisioned it.
